Joliet is released from prison. His brother Elwood picks him up and the 2 see the Chicago orphanage where theyre from. They learn theyre on "a mission from God" to save the orphanage. The brothers reunite members to raise money for their mission. crazy car chases and damn near everything but the kitchen sink.
