Aradhna means "Glorifying God." This is a Christian yoga mix with soft chanting in Hindu style as well as some hymns by Koine/Bach and Jars of Clay/Shawn McDonald tunes. All songs are about Jesus, even the ones in Hindi. Mix moves from faster songs to slower ones like most asana classes. PTL.
