This mix was spontaneously recommended to me by 8 tracks, and I must say it is exactly my kind of progressive worldjazz. I would be delighted with a slightly more dynamic mix in the style of Julien Lourau.
Nagoya Marimbas is cool, reminds somewhat of Evelyn Glennie, for a moment I felt the King's Singers would march in singing. have you checked out their collaboration called Street Songs?
Thanks for listening, and offering feedback, @tzniuswarrior.
You're right...I tend to have so many tracks (compared to most playlists on 8tracks) that I really should list the number. I'll definitely do that in the future.
As for 'having my *entire* music collection, NOW?!', I'd say "YES!"...except I'm not quite sure how to get all the fantastic recordings I own uploaded to 8tracks.
So...all I've put into these playlists of mine are tracks that already exist in the 8tracks database. But if you keep checking back, I'll "get it together," eventually!
Wow, a really *huge* mix in every sense of the word! Can I have your *entire* music library, NOW?! ;)
Just one note though - have you thought about putting the number of tracks, or play time, or something along those lines somewhere? (If it doesn't fit in the description, then maybe in the comments?) I was quite surprised by the mix having over 30 tracks! It was a pleasant surprise though :P~, but I usually prefer to listen to mixes in one go and I might not always have time! So I like to have just some general idea of the length of a particular mix.

Where Were You by Roy Hargrove seems to be the first straight-ahead jazz tune in the mix;)
