They're songs that make me want to extend my run - just so that I can listen to a few more.
They're pumping tracks that make pumping iron easy.
They're what keep me in the gym day in, day out.
The list is long for a reason, and it will get longer. Because the less you need to repeat it, the longer it will take you to get bored of it ;)
It's a mishmash of club hits, rock anthems, girly inspirations and motivational oldies.
