yes, raffi is nothing to miss. i'm so glad to hear he never made the leap to british audiences!

I'm hoping to make sure my very little fella gets his ears round more of this kind of thing.

Hadn't heard of Raffi: he doesn't seem to have made much impression in England, which seems odd for "the most popular children’s singer in the English-speaking world".

But, listening to Bananaphone on YouTube, I'm glad of it. Who needs the likes of Raffi anyhow, when we've got The Beatles. Almost all Beatles songs are nursery rhymes - and damn fine ones.
