Youre welcome! I knew you had the right idea for ambient dub from that first rhythm and sound track. It doesnt get much better than that. I have been heavy into the basic channel label... they know exactly whats up!

Very nice, a lot of pieces were minimalist and sparse, even the 'heavier' tracks fit in. Can't wait to hear volume 2 :)

I love the subtle ambience underneath some of these tracks - makes you feel like the song is happening in a particular "place", and you're visiting that place. I guess "trippy" would be the right word, although this is not the kind of music I would normally refer to as "trippy" at all. Either way, it's nice! Thanks :-)
I enjoy how you can be listening, then think of other things, come back and realize part of your brain was listening the whole time. Glad you like it too.
I think this is probably my most played mix on 8tracks at this point - I must have listened to this 10 times by now. Has me thinking hard about taking up music again... hmm...

I stopped because I didn't feel like I was doing anything new anymore - personally I feel that's when any musician should stop. (yes, I'm looking at you, mainstream music makers) ... feel free to use, this music is long-since public domain ;-)
Basic channel, Deepchord, Echospace, Vladislav Delay, Mortiz Von Oswald Trio... they are all connected and are true masters of the genre.
