I hear DP's trance side invading the minimal at points, but I have to admit - I kinda like it.

I wish there was a name for this genre. It really needs one. When I first stumbled upon Swayzak's Groovetechnology 1.3, I heard a bunch of artists like this: Villalobos, Akufen, Phillipe Cam. It's like the bastard child of Plastikman/Hawtin and progressive house.

Joe, the kids seem to be calling most of it minimal these days, even if it's stretched beyond Hawtin's style. Villalobos definitely is; Akufen could also be called minimal though it's usually held up as quintessential 'microhouse' too.

I just started getting into the "Minimal" genre, as you call it and this is a great mix. It flows great - nicely done!
