Thanks to a dear friend of mine (that has been so good for me) until I may have jacked it up. I learned to try to live in the moment and enjoy the moment. Get out of my head and enjoy love, respect, and kindness. I fell in love with the many teachings my friend taught me so I will pray it's still all good! hugs
