Chrysalis

There are currently three artists with this name: 1)The psychedelic rock band Chrysalis was formed in Ithaca, NY, during the late ’60s. Their leader, Spider Barbour, went on with solo work and with the Mothers of Invention. The band put out their only album “Definition” in 1968. The album was reissued in CD format on Rev-Ola Records on May 17, 2005. 2) Chrysalis is a five piece alt-metal band based out of Barstow, CA. Members include Jesse Elledge (Vocals / Guitar), Chris Norris (Guitar), Noel Castillo (Keys / Synth), Jared Sturgis (Bass), and Billy Norris (Percussion).
