I love meeting people, and making new friends. I love the arts, dance, tango, and the music.

I was born in Chicago, grew up in Minnesota. Lived in Boston, Kansas City, California, and Denver where I live now.

I have two younger sisters who live in California, one in San Francisco, and one in Los Angeles, and my Mom.

I like people, helping people, health, wellness and fitness. I want to live life in the best of health to its fullest I work each day to become a better person and leader.

I spend a lot of time working with people to achieve the best life has to offer. It is so great to have friends who have the same goals.
