8tracks is David, Remi, Kate, Matthew, RJ, Peter, Greg and Garth. Over the last several years, we've taken 8tracks from a bootstrapped operation to one of the largest internet radio networks in the world. Last fall we raised money from several of the top investors in the business, and with a full-time team on board, we're looking forward to making 8tracks the best place on the web to discover and enjoy new music.

APPRENTICE INTERN
From product planning and testing to marketing and customer service, you'll be interacting with the whole team in all aspects of the business. This is an unpaid position, so you'll be doing it for free/the love/the college requirement/the street cred, and for a duration of 2-3 months.
You are:
- An articulate & outgoing communicator
- Good at multitasking
- A music lover and 8tracks user
- Able to survive in San Francisco for 2-3 months without a paycheck.
MOBILE ENGINEER
We're looking for an experienced engineer who can work with our existing mobile dev on all aspects of app development, on both iOS and Android.
You are:
- Experienced
- Willing to work on multiple platforms
- Strongly opinionated about user interfaces
JUNIOR ENGINEER
We only want top notch engineers and we're pretty sure that experience is not all that matters. You'll work on our Ruby on Rails backend, jQuery/Backbone web application, and the various and sundry software we use to stay connected.
You are:
- Familiar with web standards
- Enthusiastic about learning new systems
- A perfectionist
