No need to get offended over the description, sometimes people need to hear it. It's a wake up call that it's a life change, not something you can just 'do for awhile' and expect to get in shape forever. If anything, it should act as motivation, and this mix is awesome, I use it all the time. This playlist certainly does not suck like that goldwyn guy said, and he's an idiot...he'll probably come back and try and argue some more cause that's what losers like to do

love this! as a spinning instructor and gym regular, the description works for both sides. For those who are starting out on Jan. 1-best of luck and this mix will certainly help motivate! For those who are the regulars-don't worry, your cardio machines and class availability will increase in just a few short weeks. In the mean time, try something new!

Hahah oh how right you are. Cant wait for Feb 1st so I can get my damn machines back!! Awesome mix. Always too lazy to make a sweet mix. Excited to use this! :)

love this mix!! and all of these comments, we're here for the music so just listen and if it's not your taste, move on! awesome music

Great mix, but stop being an idiot about fitness
Everyone needs to start somewhere and gyms should be nothing but a supportive environment for people to reach their own goals regardless of shape.

Eh I was about 50 lbs over-weight when I set my fitness goal two years ago. I went from 245 lbs (I'm 5'8 btw) to 185 lbs in 2 years. She's right, a whole bunch of overweight people (me at the time) will think they can go hard for 3 months and get into shape. We were a crew of 20 that decided to give it a go and 3 of us made it. It ain't no fad, and the tough love is what pushed me to keep going. Goldwyn just needs to man the fuck up.

whatever you say buddy. its called common courtesy for people you dont know, not everyone works on tough love and is discourages many people ive known, people ive personally tried to bring to a gym or get them in physical activity. not everyone is retarded and thick headed like yourself sir. it definitely has nothing to do with whatever you think is being a 'man'.

fitness is a fad for many people, it shouldnt be, doesn't mean you have to alienate over-weight people who choose to start working out in january, its a common start date for many cause it's after the holidays.

and my comment saying its a terrible taste in music is an opinion. has nothing to do with making fun of someone who wants to becomes healthy.

so many gym snobs who think you have to be in shape to start working out.

She's right though. Fitness is no fad - if you want to get in shape, sometimes you need some tough love. No room for namby-pambies when it comes to making a fitness commitment.

people like you make those people who want to get fit not want to go to the gym. don't be rude to them, everyone has to start somewhere. no need to ridicule them. terrible taste in music btw.

Whoa, whoa, whoa. First you chastise the poster for being critical of others, yet at end of your comment you say she has "terrible taste in music." Stop being hypocritical and practice what you preach buddy.
