I don't know about the "mix", but at least I know the reasonably likely origin of the slur, Bimbo. The first four selections were so tedious, that I could not imagine my grandparents listening to or playing this stuff. Finally, Paul Whiteman's "Whispering", and I realized that a very few 90 year old songs have slipped through time's filters to the present day. It makes one wonder how "Good Vibrations" will be received in 2057.
