I do NOT endorse Ron Paul. He is important to the political conversation right now, because he asks the questions none of the other candidates are willing to acknowledge, but I would never want him to be President. Millions of people depend on social safety net programs and federal anti-discrimination laws to be able to survive day to day, and Ron Paul would leave them out in the cold. The private sector is NOT democratic and we need public sector programs to compensate for the failures of the market system.
