All the rages I have gone through have served only to make me understand in the end that I love you more than my own skin, and that, though you may not love me in the same way, still you love me somewhat. Isn’t that so? I shall always hope that that continues, and with that I am content.

Number 2 for my favorite bands is the Fleet Foxes, so I made a playlist that embodies their style of mountain folk surrealism.
14 tracks starting and ending with my 2 favorites from the Fleet Foxes. Other artists include Seabear and Wye Oak.

I decided to do a playlist that explores each of my 5 favorite artists, and first is Balmorhea. They play a beautiful and haunting mix of Classical, Post Rock, and Folk music. Most of their songs are instrumental, but there is occasional vocal harmonizing and spoken-word samples.
14 tracks in total with 12 songs that remind me of this incredible band inbetween my two favorite songs from Balmorhea. This mix is great for sleeping or studying and includes music by Ólafur Arnalds and Helios.

"I find myself regarding existence as though from beyond the tomb, from another world; all is strange to me; I am, as it were, outside my own body and individuality; I am depersonalized, detached, cut adrift. Is this madness?" [42 tracks, 2.7 hours]

I set this one up to a be a short and sweet hour long playlist. I set it up to be 15 minutes of relaxed, laid back music to get you warmed up followed by 30 minutes of an eclectic mix of upbeat music to run hard to that finishes up with 15 minutes of more relaxed music to help you slow back down, relax and cool down. This playlist would be perfect for your speedwork, tempo days, or just if you want something new to listen for an hour long run!
