From the late 60s to the early 70s, Bill Graham owned & operated the absolute golden palaces of rock, The Fillmore Auditorium/West, The Fillmore East, and Winterland. Each venue featured some of the greatest performances (ever) during all night shows with very eclectic lineups. To emulate & pay tribute to these shows, here's 53 live tracks from the 3 venues from the likes of Led Zeppelin, Hot Tuna, Quicksilver Messenger Service & many others.

Classic Rock Festivals. Day 3

Nowadays, the rock festival is a beast created for advertisement and usually too pricey to be available to the entire spectrum of concert goers. Yet, back between 1967 and 1971, the festival was the best way for someone to get totally blasted with good tunes and a good time. In lieu of this, here's 22 live tracks recorded at Monterey Pop, Woodstock, Isle of Wight '70, the Texas, Atlanta & Holland pop festivals.

01/15/12 to 01/21/12: Need something different? This mix is for you!
We all absorb a lot of music. Whether it's over the internets, radio, or computer, between a sitcom's laugh tracks or over the corner-store's tinny speakers, whistled by your younger sister or stuck in your head from a preferably forgotten concert, music is all around us. The following mix is comprised of tracks that have stuck out at me from this past week.
