Starting with an stunningly complex ballade from Frédéric Chopin to finish with the minimalistic works from Erik Satie this playlist is a brushstroke of the history and evolution of piano compositions since the beggining of the XIX century.
All the way from the greatest romantic pianists to the french impressionists from the early last century.

A Prayer for Old Age
God guard me from those thoughts men think
In the mind alone;
He that sings a lasting song
Thinks in a marrow-bone;
From all that makes a wise old man
That can be praised of all;
O what am I that I should not seem
For the song's sake a fool?
I pray -- for word is out
And prayer comes round again --
That I may seem, though I die old,
A foolish, passionate man.
-- W.B. Yeats

It's Debussy time. I hope this mix feels more put-together than the previous "random classical music" selections. We start with a Tocatta, and taper down slowly to a dreamlike Reverie.
Originally included "Passepied" - replaced with "L'isle Joyeuse" due to 8tracks requirements. "Menuet" was replaced with "La fille aux cheveux de lin" because the original track got replaced by a strange, definitely un-Debussy song.

Odd commercial acoustic/folk/rock impressionistic mix that took me on a joyride to emotional purgatory.
