Been a while now but I distinctly remember Jimmy being round some kind of heavy rotation a couple years back. And why not? He's soulful and bluesy with his Joe Cocker-like raspy vocal styling and for most of the time he looks like he'll beat your girlfriend and ask you for a smoke later. Cos he did coke and drank some, he'll always be around and that's why he's got pub rock down pat. Sweet mix if you feel like going out on a Tuesday night for half a bottle of whiskey by your lonesome.

A few cuts from a record collection I recently acquired from a friend of a friend. "Keith" moved to the states from England in the early eighties and brought a few good LPs with him.
Here are thirteen of the best tracks including Brian Eno, The Lambrettas and Sex Pistols.
