It ain't about how hard you hit, it's about how hard you can get hit and keep moving forward. How much can you take and keep on moving forward. That's how winning is done.

This is a mix of pure Hip Hop and Rap. Obviously a mix can only cover so much of the vibrant history of the genre, but it ranges from old school classics like Dr. Dre and Rakim, to some underground-ish like Atmosphere, Andre Nickatina, then to the newer era of my Idol Jay-Z and his music, stretching to more politically oriented rappers like the effervescent and forever immortal group The Roots to Lupe Fiasco. It's one 23 song medley of my favorites and a really good mix for Hip Hop beginners.
