Rich, creamy post-rock, mostly intrumental in between wafer-thin layers of experimental, hardcore, something which i believe to be dark drone rock, shoegaze, downtempo, electronic, avant-garde, space-rock, psychedelic, lo-fi, noise, minimal and a couple more. Some weird trip if you ask me, and it'll last you a good couple hours. Open your mind and enjoy.

The clock at City Hall strikes 3 o'clock and around the corner, a milk-starved cat fleet-foots across an empty parking lot. The wet tarmac shimmers. Lovers lean into each other, pausing underneath the streetlamp to touch lips. Someone is dreaming of lions and lambs and the dark sky covers the streets like a flannel blanket. This is the new frontier. This is the night.

This mix was designed to be played on Jan 7th, at 4:45 am, when everyone else is asleep and you know you should go to bed as well, but you’re stuck on the computer because of a deadline, or a creative streak, or some timewaster on the internet, and what surrounds you is the absolute opposite of daylight, and it’s like you’ve fallen off the edge of the world because the darkness and the silence are so thick that you can hear the snow fall.
