An alloy of electonic/industrial tunes with African, South American, Caribbean and Tamil music. Why? Because we love you. Like Mousekateers. Zap Mama, Ministry, Kevin Mfinka...

I was going for a jungle(not the off shot d&B genre) feel on this one. The songs are mostly beats. Lots of clunks, clicks, and clangs. Admittedly, I got a little lazy near the end. There will be more to come, Trust me. The summer is on the horizon.
Regardless, Please do enjoy.

Made this mix while I was working over in Afghanistan. Songs either are directly about missing/going home or just have that feel to them.

"It's three-thirty-five in the big city and, down the empty streets, white plastic shopping bags wrap themselves around lampposts. Bone-thin dogs nose the wet ground and somewhere, blocks away, rain boots slide across the tarmac. Sounds waft from behind almost lost memories. I dream of lions and lace."
