Somewhere between the shallow pop music and agressive rock'n'roll lies this common radio term of Adult Alternative (AAA). It is to describe music too ambitious to be called pop and too downtempo and meldodic to be called rock'n'roll....The last decade of the last century was a certain golden age for this genre, as ýou can hear in these 26 songs...The music includes artists like Chris Isaak, World Party and The Cardigans....

A mix of songs from the late '60's through today that feature drums that are fun to play along with, sing along and rock to. Put on your headphones or sit down at your kit and play! These are not hard bashing fast drums on these songs but expressive drums. Lots of Zeppelin, Jackson Browne, Claplon, The Who and Katy Perry!

We gonna back. Back to when radio stations played it all.No separate special lists for different types of music.Just real good music playing thru the air. Dick Clark was a "primary force in legitimizing music to America's whole population. The show gave music artists their first exposure to national audiences, Ike and Tina Turner, Stevie Wonder, and Simon & Garfunkel. His shows were among the first where blacks and whites performed on the same stage and the audience seating was desegregated.
