Each year I try to make a best of the music I discovered that was released during the year. I try to limit myself to 1 or 2 "CDs" worth of material even though most of the time the mixes are played on the iPod or computer. It helps to set a time limit, so the mixes are manageable.

This is some of my favorite rap, most of it from the 90's. I lie in bed waiting for that song to cheer me up just like Cabiria... she listened to Nino Rota, I listen to Extra P. Sixteen tracks including music by Organized Konfusion, Dred Scott, and Aceyalone.
