Music is a good release. It’s easy to lay down in bed with your iPod and let yourself focus on music as opposed to the things that get you down. Sometimes you need to escape for a moment and just close your eyes and let the music take over. Other times you can just walk and let yourself imagine it’s the soundtrack to your life.
