100 Greatest Hard Rock Songs

When you were around for most parts of the nineties and music had nothing to do with Justin Bieber, The Wanted or One Direction.

Oh, and don't expect a steady kind of music. There's a bit of EVERYTHING in here.

These songs stayed on the top charts for more than 5 weeks and got great radio playtime. Most even were nominated for multiple Grammy's. You know you love them!

This is it. The classic rock mix to end all. 100 of MY favorite classic rock songs.. notice the emphasis on MY!? The first ten are my top favorites in no order. These songs mean more to me than some family members. If you appreciate great music your favorites will most likely be here. So enjoy.. and oh yeah, you are welcome. Featuring lots of Zeppelin (obviously), Jimi, Doors, Stones, Ozzy, Santana, Who, Beatles and much much more!

This was one of the toughest tasks I have ever had in creating a top. As a big fan of making lists, I thought this would be easy, but it was quite the opposite. Many great songs were left out, I was constrained by the rules of the website to put only two tracks from great bands like Radiohead, Pixies and Sonic Youth, but the final result is a mini-history of nearly 21 years of music. This list is just a product of my own tastes and thoughts. The first song is no. 1 and so on.
