The last CD I bought was from a show that I saw in Vancouver last May at the Biltmore featuring Bear in Heaven and Cymbals Eat Guitars, both from New York. The show was fantastic and I ended up getting 2 CDs from it from both bands. The other band interestingly enough I discovered on 8tracks. The next tune is a "blues" song or has the word "blues" in it from Bright Eyes called Land Locked Blues. Following that is a song that will definitely get me going in the morning from the Yeah Yeah Yeahs with a tune called Pin. The next tune is a tune from one of the earliest LPs I have in my collection. I remember borrowing the cassette from my neighbor, he was in high school at the time and I was about 9 or 10. The band was Black Sabbath. The next tune is after a song I discovered from the film Crank. It is short but an awesome tune from the Crowd called Trix are for Kids. Sixth song in the playlist is from an old high school/university style punk band from Chapel Hill, NC called Superchunk (about transportation). The seventh tune is from a band I'm not much into called Muse (a friend mentioned them to me from my work) but I really like a couple of songs. The next one is a fairly new tune with a colour in the title from a fairly new band called The Black Angels soon to go on tour with Black Mountain. Finally, a tune with a number in the title from one of my favourite bands, Tool and one of the best shows I have ever seen at GM Place in Vancouver.
