Creating effective fitness programs can be overwhelming & discouraging. So knowing the bodys limits & starting pre-planned exercises will reduce injury, maintain a healthy heart & strengthen the immune system. For some, interval training starts with low intensity exercises, followed by a high intensity. Others have found tabata interval training effective; exercising for 25 sec on & 15 sec of rest in 10 cycles. High intensity intervals contain alternate periods of short intense exercise with reduced recovery durations. Popular is resistance training; dumbbells and exercise bands. Enjoy the music!
