Some (but not the only) great movie scores. Listen, kick back, and imagine yourself ascending Pride Rock, fighting off Orks on your way to Mordor, or crawling through five hundred yards of sewage to escape from Shawshank prison (okay maybe not that last one).

Is this playlist safe for work?

Should add Assassination of Jesse James to this. I love Song for Jesse and Song for Bob!

These are great! Thanks. Is "Revolutionary Road" from *Cinderella Man*? Not too sure, but just started thinking about that beautiful movie.

Thanks for listening! "Revolutionary Road" is from the Sam Mendes film of the same title. It stars Kate Winslet and Leonardo DiCaprio (their first film together since Titanic). I have never seen Cinderella Man. Are their scores similar?

Anyway to repeat tracks here?

I don't think so. Sorry :( Just listen to the mix again :D

This is great! I really love the "Now We Are Free" from Gladiator...almost makes me tear up hearing it...

Thanks! I am glad you enjoyed the mix. The Gladiator score, specifically Now We Are Free, is my favorite movie score.

Same here!

fills u up with something really awesome right from the beginning!

Some of these songs were simply amazing! Princess Mononoke gave me goosebumps! Thank you so much. This really helped me through at night of paper writing. I'm really glad I clicked on this tonight. One of the best lists I've heard.

Thank you so much! I'm glad it helped you out! Sometimes all you really need is a good mix to get you through an assignment. And Princess Mononoke is probably in my top three favorite movie scores. It's not as well known as LOTR or Titanic, but it is amazing!

Great list! thank you! It kind of makes me feel like I am tucked away .... just loving the sound...

Thank you so much for listening!

p.s oh my god you've got hymn to the sea on here! that used to make me cry so much at 12 years old. i love this playlist!!!

haha thanks! The Titanic score is one of my personal faves that will always have a place in my heart!
