Balmorhea (Bal-more-ay) is a band from Austin, Texas, United States. Formed in 2006 by Rob Lowe and Michael Muller, members also include Aisha Burns (violin), Kendall Clark (percussion), Dylan Rieck (cello), and Travis Chapman (double bass). The band has produced five full-length albums, including the recent release Stranger, which will was released in October 2012 followed by a 5-week North American Tour in its support.
