Reminds me of an old car announcing the "desfiles" for November 20th, day of the Mexican Revolution, in my hometown, and the desfiles themselves, we used to wear costumes or school uniforms marching the streets with this music. And La Jaibera was a nice surprise! An old tropical sound and lyrics!

SpaceBunnySounds

@constelacion That sounds like so much fun! =)

katcosmonaut

Ahhh, finally finally getting around to listening to this one. What a lovely romp through time and space.

Not TOO much accordion, but just enough to get a taste. Although it tastes a lot like polka. I guess that's the German roots thing?

SpaceBunnySounds

Oh yes, very much the German roots! I'll have to make an all accordion mix sometime.

katcosmonaut

Excellent! I'll keep my ear peeled. :)

These are all available to download at Emusic, and I'm pretty sure most of the tracks are only 49 cents a piece too.
