I love that song too. But in this context, its more for the chorus "I will follow you into the dark." lol.

That Death Cab for Cutie song is one of my favorites, I think it's really beautiful and sweet and doesn't really belong on this list (although I never mind listening to it!). It is sweet, and about eventual death, not about murder/suicide. Or is it just the pairing of love and death you were going for?
