Notes
A collection of early Jazz Blues, Classic Blues, and Country blues . . . mostly for my Evolution of Pop Music class at George Brown College in Toronto. There is some sort of order to the tunes, but mostly it is just good ol' randomness. The focus, however, is on Bessie Smith, Ma Rainey, Robert Johnson and, of course, Billie Holiday. Some of the names and album titles have been changed so that 8 tracks doesn't stop me from repeating songs.

I enjoyed listening to the different types of blues,I found it especially interesting that some were from as late as the 1960s and some as new as 2014.Shows that only good music is going to last
