Update: Unfortunately I wasn't prepared for it to sell out so fast. I mean, really?? the worst lineup sells out in a week? But last years epic lineup didn't sell out until maybe March. I'm confused, and probably going to dish out $140 to go see Bright Eyes in Pomona the weekend before, because that's really the only band I wanted to see.

I went to Coachella 2008. The lineup was awesome but all I can say for the actual festival is that it was the most disappointing one that I've ever been to.
No ins and outs? Are you kidding me?
It was almost 100 degrees all weekend and they didn't have water refill stations up until the third day. No food or drinks were allowed in, and your choice of beer was crap or crap lite, and had to be consumed in a fenced off area.
Coachella is a fabulous marketing scheme, but a sad excuse for a festival.

watch out for the insect boy giving directions to the campsite. Not human....mistake of nature... plus notice how many of the guys in yellow jackets are ex military. It's clearly a test site for something fucked up.... or its just a shitty place to lose your mind on mushrooms.....

So true. Bright Eyes was it. I would pay 140 to see Conor & ditch the rest.
