There was this one time, when I finally got the guts to audition for a paid gig. After waiting around for what seemed forever, I finally went up to sing. They asked me for my name and a fun fact about myself. The only thing I could think to say was this:
"My name is Alexa Zupcic, and I have an extremely eclectic taste in music. I like everything from Beethoven to Beyonce... but I really freaking LOVE Beyonce."
I got the part.
