I remember when 80's Alternative was New Wave, when Alternative Rock was still Underground and then became College Rock, when Hair Bands was straight up Rock, and my rock heros were not yet Classic Rock icons.
Now I can say that I'm into all of the above, in addition to Modern Rock, Indie Rock, Adult Alternative, Blues, Punk, Grunge, Pop, a little Country, a little Oldies and all variations thereof.
