"I've never lived closer to danger, but I've never felt safer. I've never felt more confident, and people could spot it from a mile away. And as for this, the violence? I gotta be honest - it grew on me. Once you've taken a few punches and realize you're not made of glass, you don't feel alive unless you're pushing yourself as far as you can go." Green Street Hooligans

I make weekly mixtapes of new music (to me). Generally:
- each mix has 10 tracks
- each track is from this year, and is a song I like
- no band/artist appears twice in the same year.
That's the aim, though I do mess up now and again.
ShuffleOn
This is how it works /\\/
over 10000 songs on my computer /\\/
itunes is on shuffle /\\/
shuffle until I find a song I like /\\/
begin mix /\\/
It's going to be rough :)
If you enjoyed any of the mixes I've posted on here, you should really check out the mixes below.

“and you, liar, teller of tall tales: you trample all the lord’s commandments underfoot, you murder, steal, commit adultery, and afterward break into tears, beat your breast,, take down your guitar and turn the sin into a song. Shrewd devil, you know very well that god pardons singer no matter what they do, because he can simply die for a song” taken from “the last temptation of Christ” by nikos kaztantzakis

"Music, you know-- true music--
not just rock 'n' roll-- it chooses you.
It lives in your car, or alone, listening to your headphones--
you know, with the vast, scenic bridges and angelic choirs in your brain.
It's a place apart...from the vast, benign...lap of America" -Almost Famous
