Samantha Anne Carrillo is a member of the fourth estate, a student, and a devout situationist, living in Albuquerque, NM. Hailing from the black hole of the Bible belt, Samantha moved to the land of enchantment a decade ago. Fascinated by the difficult and beautiful aspects of this "country of things in light," she created Things in Light to chronicle her experiences exploring New Mexico and to promote Nuevomexicano art and music.
