Cosmo's the world's wild card. He has a certain aura about him that, while unique and cool, is different and slightly awkward as well. He is involved in many things, but never completely fits in anywhere. He does what's called for wherever he is, and moves on to another thing. He is laid-back, although can be passionate. He is smart and funny. Maybe you don't know him. Maybe he doesn't know you. But if that is the case he'd sure like to change that.
