When I meet people, the first question I ask is, "What music do you like?" I usually get a response like, "I listen to everything." Nobody listens to everything, but I think its safe to say that I listen to mostly everything. I generally avoid pop not simply because it's popular and I want to be a rebel, but because it's too simple and boring. It's too formulaic and repetitive. I go for the complex and mind bottling.
