It's a painting by Scott West, he's a member of Cloud Cult. In case you didn't know (this only makes them infinitely cooler), they have two visual artists who each paint an original painting during the set. It's incredible. The other painter is Connie Minowa, the lead singer's wife. They auction the paintings off at the end of the show and give the proceeds to environmental charities :)
