I tried lyric searching too, almost every reasonable iteration I could think of. I tried Shazam, and nothing. I'm asking a DJ buddy of mine (who also has no idea) if she'll play it on the air on her next show to see if anyone listening knows and can call in. I wasn't kidding when I said it's been driving me nuts.
