As a kid I adored the weekly listmaking exercise of listening to the top 40 for the latest rankings. Taking inspiration from those desperate days, I'll be counting down my favorites of 2009 eight tracks at a time. This second group includes music by #31 Cursive, #27 Great Lake Swimmers and #30 Pet Shop Boys.
