Music from the Middle Ages!

Medieval music is Western music written during the Middle Ages. This era begins with the fall of the Roman Empire in the fifth century and ends sometime in the early fifteenth century. Establishing the end of the medieval era and the beginning of the Renaissance is difficult; Enjoy the sounds of ancient instruments rarely seen except in museums such as the lyre, shawm, viola da gamba, hurdy gurdy, and many more!

@accmusique I just meant the resolution; I just noticed some of your photos were really pixilated. It could be the 8tracks website doing that thoughㄱ(-_-)ㄱ

@EJENN Yes, true, I think it's a combination of that plus some resizing I sometimes need to do for a desired picture to meet the 400 X 400 requirement. Thanks for the mention ... would like to be a little more discriminating about that to get more desirable covers! Thanks and please also check out my other mixes which have a lot of variety! Cheers!

Your playlists are fantastic and great for history nerds like me; my only suggestion is you use better quality photos for the cover

@EJENN Thanks, I;m glad you enjoy my playlists, thanks so much! Also glad to meet another history nerd and wish there were more of us! :-) As for photo quality, do you mean resolution or the actual choice of pictures? I do editing which may sometimes change the resolution a bit. I'm more musical than artistic electronically.

@EJENN Btw - if you have any special requests for historical mixes, let me know. It would be fun and educational for me and I'm always up for a challenge! Cheers!
