I never really grew up with indie, I found it accidentally, I had a friend who was an indie christian artist that posted the song "Coin Laundry" by Lisa Mitchell on her Facebook. I listened to it and loved it. I eagerly looked for more by Lisa Mitchell and she quickly became my favorite artist. Soon I found myself scowering the deep dark recesses of Youtube to find more. These are the songs of my youth as I discovered the medium I love to this day all exactly the same way I first heard them, on Youtube.
