Back To The Old School plays all the Old School Funk, Rap, Disco, Freestyle, Oldies jams you don't hear on the radio, and some you do. This site is inspired by my time growing up in the Los Angeles area in the 80's Promoting for the legendary promoters, THE TEDDYBOYS. And also dedicated to west coast legendary Dj Bubba G. Scotch. Since the 1970s, Bubba has been known to inspire those around him to greatness. He has been a family member, a mentor, and most of all, a great friend to all who have come his way. Bubba inspired some of the most respected Dj's and radio personalities on the Central Coast. He was an influential Dj and radio host for KUBO/KHDC/KUSP for 34 years. A pioneer of the HIP-HOP scene on the Central Coast, he mentored many Dj's and recording artists. He was loved by the community and known as the peoples Dj. His eccentric stage presence, turntable mixing and entertaining MC skills would light up a stage. He had a passion for all types of music looking for the perfect beat.
