You know how some people like to quote obscure research to promote a dubious personal agenda? We're those people.

And on that note, we’re here to let you know that dancing with your friends has been scientifically proven beyond the shadow of a doubt shown to increase your resistance to pain. In other words, dancing makes you invincible!

Not only that, it strengthens social bonds too. But...duh. We don’t need no stinkin’ scientists to tell us that dancing like a fool is the best way to make friends. And neither do you.


Don’t have any friends (nearby at the moment)? No worries, it’s pretty safe to assume someone’s watching somewhere via your microwave, toaster, key fob...
