Because sometimes in-your-face positivity just doesn't work. Sometimes you need some calmer songs to remind you that you're alright, and bring you to the present moment. I listen to this when I do yoga and any time anxiety is driving me insane. It's also great for showers, bubble baths, long walks, going to sleep.. just, anything, really. I love this mix.
