The Dawn of the "Hipster" Era: The Aughts

Notes

Yes, the aughts. Music graduates to a more fast-paced indie combining the electronic pop stylings of the 80s, the bluesish rock of the 60s, a little dose of 70s punk, and the indie alternative of the 90s into one unholy milkshake of catchy pop-oriented mainstream slop. Don't get me wrong, some groups kicked ass, but be careful. Too much of this stuff can kill you....

Without further ado, the (possibly) final instalment of the "Hipster Album Chronicle". . .We'll see how it goes.
