re: your victim of the crime question. I have a friend from uni, nicknamed 'Crime' because - as goeth the old adage - "crime never pays"! This fellow (real name Mike Bodimeade, you may have heard of him) is rather elusive too, hence my enjoyment at the lyric "off, off, dropping off the radar".
