Finals week is either coming up or is already upon us. You're scared, nervous, stressed, but you have no reason to be. You have made it to this point and you've been so brave. You may plan on taking the next week or so in a fast pace, trying to cram as much information as you can, but that won't help. Take time for yourself to calm down and give your body and brain the much needed relaxation time. Love yourself the way you should. Please stay positive. I believe in you and I am so proud of you.
